All potentially hazardous food made today was iced down-all other food was discarded. Water build up on bottom of cooler-can be because of a clog. Please fax repair report.
- Observed in-use utensil stored in sanitizer. Knives, spatulas and tongs in sani bucket by grill. Best to use hot water above 135 F or no water at all.
