The following is an addendum to the inspection conducted on 8/12/14 by Charles Bassey in response to a trash complaint.
The establishment adjacent is undergoing renovations. It was recommended to either increase trash collection or during renovations to contract a hauling company.

Comments:UNABLE TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE ESTABLSISHMENT DUE TO A BUSTED PIPE. THE ESTABLISHEMENT HAD A SIGN POSTED ON THE DOOR STATING THE PIPE HAD BUSTED AND THE WERE CLOSED UNTIL ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED.
