Completed investigation of complaint filed for the selling of expired food. Food discarded are as follows:

Frozen Meat Section: 2 Pig's heart, 1 Beef Ox tail, 2 Pig Tongue, 1 Pig Ear, 3 Beef Hearts, 12 Country Ham (Sliced-No label and spoiled)

Dairy Section: 6 Sharp Cheddar(cubed), 2 Pepper Jack cheese (cubed)

Refrigerated produce section: 3 Sage, 2 Jamaican peppers, 1 Lychee.

I informed store owners of what I found and showed them the correct way to rotate foods when restocking so everything has the chance to sold before expiration.

CFPM on duty did not have a DC certification during initial follow up inspection. She was able to come to DOH and receive her DC certification before I left the area. She showed me proof of her certification. Young Sook Pak is now certified.
