Complaint Notes: Discussed with the Chef about the complaint, he stated that the restaurant does have insects in the kitchen, flies coming from dumpsters outside. I went thru the Pest Control invoices/reports,Quespro was there last week. We both saw and agreed of a presence of lots of flies in the kitchen, coming from outside dumpsters. A summary suspension was issued due to NOT having hot water at 110 degrees F and due to the presence of insects/flies in the kitchen.
The Business has a written employee's health policy for food-borne illness.
