The New York Times posted an article on 27 March reporting on how a Russia-based disinformation network is spreading false rumors about the Princess of Wales The
Times article says that this same network posted spurious claims about Volodymyr Zelensky and about France's support for Ukraine. The objective is to weaken the countries it considers its enemies: Britain, France and the U.S.A. They're doing this by spreading disinformation that causes divisiveness and erodes trust in institutions such as the government and the royal family.
