Without naming or showing the property? What's the fun in that?

OK - $15 million for me, and no... it's a turn key dairy farm, including the buildings, cows, and 500 acres. I don't think I'm ready for all that.

The second-most expensive property is nice though

I looked it up, and it's $6.5 million, just under a mile from us on the lake. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, 3,30.7 sf and .27 acre lot, with multi-boat ready dock and private boat ramp. No, I would not buy it, because we are old, and when we sell in a few months we are looking for a rambler or ranch all one level, smaller and larger lot. Currently we have 3,000 sf and 2/3 acre, value only $1.5 million.

$7.5 million, and no. I don’t need a 10k-sq-ft house, and if I were going to spend that money (haha), I’d want beachfront. Unfortunately the beach is 9 miles away, so nothing there qualifies.

Well, asking price is asking price, not necessarily what they'll get for it. The top price property here is some sort of lodge and associated outbuildings on 76 acres. It's been on the market for years.

Keeping an eye on 76 acres and outbuildings would be a chore and if you don't pee on your boundary stones on a regular basis the other less ethical types around here tend to take advantage.

No interest in buying any of the 2-3 million+ residential SFH properties. Yes, they have glorious views but along with the view you'd get an ostentatious eyesore that screams "Look at ME and my MONEY"! No thank you!

$15M; 16,750 square feet, 40 acres...

No. I do not want something I would need staff for. It is very well done; but, it would be so much work to maintain it.

The tall one second from right:

There are likely more expensive ones within 5 miles but they'd be "farmettes".
