Same type of reference from Lyncourt School, a K-8th grade school/district just north of Syracuse(historically known for its high Italian population/percentage): https://www.localsyr.com/the-daily-p...-october-17th/
Both are located in the town of Salina, a first ring town which is also partially covered by the North Syracuse SD as well. Lyncourt students for HS go to Solvay, a district just west of Syracuse also known for its high Italian population/percentage, but many from Lyncourt opt to attend Bishop Grimes Jr/Sr High, a Catholic school in East Syracuse.

For the more conscious consumer, I just found out that in regards to this Syracuse credit union's membership, that just over 25% are black and just over another 25% are refugees/immigrants: Cooperative Federal Credit Union | Syracuse, NY
Yes, of course. Whenever they do recruiting, they advertise on WDKX, the main local urban station. Good marketing, if that is your target market. The minority owned station also gets the advertising revenue.
Good luck to all of the recruits, but I would prefer that the BEST candidates get hired whether black, white, green, male, female, gay, trans, whatever.
