No violations observed. Discussion about egg storage and use in Caesar dressings, scored cutting boards, ceiling tile for bathroom, and new food code update. Prep units cold holding very well. Person in charge knowledgeable about food safety and answered questions correctly. Very clean and organized kitchen. Excellent hot and cold holding temperatures. Keep up the great work!
