The Last Of Us.
Like the Uncharted games, the first time through I questioned how the game is rated so high. Then it gets better with each play. This is the only video game I've played that actually has a storyline I was interested in. Plus, it actually scares me when I play it. Some of the dark scenes with the infected sneaking up on me just freaked me out.

The PS4 version is going for $15-20 from various outlets right now. Can't wait to try it.

Fritz Chess 15. Purchased through Steam and its great. Such a wonderful upgrade to the previous version that was super buggy. Best chess game I've ever played.
