My kids: 1 vegan - cliff or Luna bar; fruit; vegan pancakes (made from scratch)toast or bagel with vegan butter; cereal with almond milk; hash browns or other potatoes.
I vegetarian: all of the above plus eggs, cream cheese, Homemade pastries.

Breakfast is actually easier than I thought.

Default hot cereal!

rolled oats, or Trader Joe's 4-grain cereal (rye/barley/oats/wheat), or quinoa, or cream of buckwheat + cream of rice... and soon will try cooking corn grits + quinoa.

I am not a vegetarian but I make one sandwich of potato filling for my breakfast.
1 Boiled Potato, mash it and add some salt and pepper. Put the filling between two slices of Sliced Bread. Sprinkle some Oil and then put it in Sandwich Toaster. When it gets grilled, I eat it with Tomato ketchup. With 1 potato, I can make atleast 2 such sandwiches.

I'm not a vegan. I'm a pescetarian, but I rarely eat fish or seafood anyway.

I love oatmeal with peanut butter; it's my favorite snack and breakfast!

That sounds good! I don't have something called a "Sandwich Toaster", lol, but I would improvise.

That's often my breakfast.

As a matter of fact, I started a new job, and I've been picking up oatmeal in the morning at a nearby deli that has it in a big kettle from which you spoon it into the container yourself. I miss my peanut butter, so I think I will keep a jar in my desk to add when I get to the office.

I also love warm naan with peanut butter on it for breakfast (and a snack). The peanut butter melts inside and is so gooey and delicious! Peanut butter is a staple in my diet.

I love it, it's so easy and filling, and tasty!

I wish I had something like that where I lived. I'd never stop eating it.
