Metro Macon/W.R. Proposed/In-Progress/Completed Projects (Warner Robins, Perry: loft, zoning)

I doubt Costco will come without some bond incentive. That's ateast how they've done their last dozen stores in the SouthEast from what I've been able to find. I'm wondering if Government is willing to do that. Ideally Costco would open up on the Warner side.

There are a lot of different construction projects all over that area you have to be specific

The traffic around the Bass/Riverside area is going to continue to be ungodly.. development is good but packing every retail shop in Bibb County onto two roads is not the best urban planning idea.
