There is a lot going on. New CO-OP has opened on Grand Ave.

The Maurice's building looks to be completed

There is a huge new project on Arrowhead Rd and Kenwood corner also something big going up behind the
Texas Roadhouse near Home Depot, about 15 or so new Kwik Trip stores in the area have been built, also new complex built at Woodland av for the college.

New DTA has been built on Lower Michigan Center. There is even more but maybe someone else can add more?

Also looks like several large going up in Hermantown back in behind the DQ Blazer near Wells Fargo back towards the west. Back of Subaru had heard it is a new Holiday Inn?

I thought that was going to be across the street next to HOM? Did something go there? I thought they were going to tear down the old Kolar building and out something there.

Not sure, but I think the Mills Fleet Farm is right in the middle of between maybe Walmart, and Sams Club.
It is on a hill, and the Subaru dealer would be a bit east of or there. In that direction.

Well that’s good anyway. I always thought there as a lot of potential in all that undeveloped land just past the mall.

Not sure if this is useful for people or not as I have no idea how well it is kept up, but Community Development in Duluth has a Development Map on their website: DEVELOPMENT MAP

It shows current, planed and completed projects.
