NOTE: Leftover food from the vending vehicles are stored in the refrigeration units although they should discarded daily per the DC Food VENDORS & SOLICITORS Code.

The overall sanitary condition of the establishment is unacceptablr and numerous risk factors are out of control. In addition, there is the risk of an electrical hazard due to electrical wiring suspended a few inches above standing water while charging a truck. These conditions warrant an immediate closure of the establishment.

CORRECT ALL VIOLATIONS PRIOR TO REQUEST FOR REINSPECTION.

SUMMARY SUSPENSION (In order for the license to be restored, a reinspection fee of $100 for normal business hours or $400 for nonbusiness hours must be paid and all items must be abated and approved by the Department of Health.)
