Mice dropping found on pasta shelf. Establishment is in the process of removing all shelving for cleaning and sanitizing. The pasta shelving was cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Fruit flies were found near oven in seafood/deli area. Pest service has been requested for today. In addition, there is a work order request to add wheels to oven to aid in cleaning behind the oven. Area behind the oven appears to be the harborage location. Area hand cleaned. No mice found in traps. Last pest service conducted 2 days prior. Basement area had cardboard in plumbing room. Cardboard removed.(CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 5 CALENDAR DAYS) - Nonfood-contact surfaces clean
