Rodent contaminated prepacked snack items removed from public sale at call, all food sales suspended to assure public health and safety at call. (Corrected On Site) - Insects, rodents, & animals not present
Mice feces observed on the floor behind the snack foods display rack in the customer service area. Rodent damaged chips removed from sale stock at call. - Nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Clean all cabinets and facilities, sanitize daily until vermin eradication is confirmed to assure the public health and food safety. - Physical facilities: installed, maintained, & clean
Floor area mentioned for vermin control and observed feces requires cleaning, sanitize areas also.
Location does not offer PHF for sale, no CFPM required. Toilet facilities are adjacent to the lobby and used by the public also. Hand sink run time exceeded three minutes for temp compliance.
Summary suspension issued for vermin control compliance.
