Complaint Notes: Discussed with the owner about the complaint, she vehemently denied wrong doing, she stated that the trash is picked up twice a week, but since the whole building use the same dumpster, residents sometimes leave open trash bags in the bins. I went thru the trash collection reports and the Pest Control invoices/reports, there were no visible wrong doing, no roaches or mice seen. I checked the establihment's outside dumpsters. l conducted a thorough inspection but no food safety concerns were seen or observed.
The Business has NO written employee's health policy for food-borne illness, a copy is given to the PIC.
