Complaint Notes: Discussed with the PIC about the rodents activity, and the business does not have Pest Control contract. A new Pest control Company was ordered and General Pest Control C. agrees to sign a new contract with the establishment manager. The outside of the business in need of a deep cleaning. No evidence of rodents/pests seen or any sign of malpractice or sanitation concerns.
