I was going to post the same thing. It was maritime radio thing long before CB ever became a “thing.”
Yes I heard of that,its about time!!! (Alot of radios have FM mode anyway)
I prefer using Q codes over 10 codes as it just sounds more professional....... Saying 10-4 sounds silly while saying QSL sounds neat!!
I will wait for this before I buy a new CB/SSB radio to happen.
