Physical facilities: installed, maintained, & clean WALK-IN UNIT FOR KEGS CONTAINED EXCESSIVE MOISTURE ON THE FLOOR. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE WALL BESIDE THE WALK-IN UNIT MAIN KITCHEN AREA.
