PER MR. SHECKLES, THE SEWAGE PUMP IS EQUIPED WITH BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE THAT WOULD PREVENT THE BACK FLOW OF SEWAGE INTO THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IN CASE SEWAGE BACK UP. THAT WILL VOID THE REQUIREMENT TO HAVE AIR GAP BETWEEN THE DRAIN LINES ORIGINATING FROM THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AND RECEIVING SEWER.
PER MR. SHECKLES, PART NEEDED TO RELOCATE THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL UNIT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE SINK AND ATTACH IT TO THE DRAIN BOARD (NEXT TO THE WASH SINK) HAS BEEN ORDERED AND WILL BE DELIVERED AND THE REPAIR WORK WILL BE DONE IN DUE TIME.
5 DAY NOTICE NOT ABATED; 45 DAY NOTICE PENDING FROM INSPECTION CONDUCTED ON 06/02/2014. FAILURE TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS WITHIN STATED TIME PERIOD MAY RESULT FURTHER ACTION TO BE TAKEN.
