Official visit at the above establishment concerning the record of the vendors using the establishment reveal owner Mr. Arif was not on premise at call. The owner, Mr. Arif is given 7 days to provide the typed names, address, and the sticker number on the cart, the truck that is using the premise. He is also advised to provided the names, address and sticker number of the vendors that are obtaining depot letter from the establishment and does not park on premises. This information is due in the office within 7 days. Failure to comply will result into further action from the Department.
