Observation: The chlorine sanitizer at the dish machine noted at 0 ppm. The tube was discovered broken. The person in charge was able to temporarily fix it until the dish washer company is able to repair later today. 50 ppm was able to be produced before the end of the inspection because of the temporary fix.
Correction: Have tube replaced to ensure proper suction of the sanitizer. Correct By: 10-Dec-2013
