Observation: Carol Bassney is listed as the State of Wisconsin Certified Food Manager at more than one licensed food establishment. She is the Certified Food Manager at the Columbus Subway as well as the Lodi Subway.
Correction: A manager or operator can only be the Certified Food Manager at the location where their original certificate is posted. Provide a seperate Certified Food Manager for each location. Correct By: 07-Jun-2014
