Observation: Ice making water is circulating across a heavy accumulation of slime and mold inside of the ice machine.
Correction: Empty, disassemble, clean, and sanitize the ice machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. The ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized often enough to keep it free of mold and slime. The operator placed the ice machine out of service at the time of this inspection.

Observation: The backup cooler does not have a permanently affixed thermometer inside.

Observation: The tile is missing around the area of the walk in cooler door. The crevice between the existing tile and the cooler wall has an accumulation of debris.
Correction: Maintain the physical facilities so they are in good repair at all times. Provide a smooth level surface between the existing tile and the cooler wall and provide a smooth coved surface where the framed wall meets the cooler. Correct By: 23-Feb-2015
