Observation: The internal components of the ice machine above the beverage dispenser, such as the water manifold and base of ice curtain have a considerable amount of mold growth, indicating the machine has not been cleaned in many months.
Correction: Clean the ice machine and monitor at least every three months to establish future cleaning frequency. Most ice machines need cleaning at least every 6 months. Correct By: 10-Apr-2015
- POSTING OF CERTIFICATE
Observation: The State of Wisconsin Certified Food Manager certificates (3) are posted in pubic view with the facility license. However, other than the very top, the certificates are not viewable. This was written as a note on the last inspection report.
Correction: Provide an additional frame for at least one of the certificates to be entirely viewable. Correct By: 10-Apr-2015

- WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER
Observation: Wiping cloths used for wiping food contact surfaces (cutting boards, etc.) stored directly below the hand wash sink soap dispenser. Inspector noted one employee, while washing hands, drip water from hand washing into the wiping cloth container while reaching for the soap.
Correction: The wiping cloth container was moved from the left of the hand wash sink, to the right side of the hand wash sink to limit water or soap from entering the wiping cloth container. Correct By: 05-Feb-2014
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - DURABILITY AND STRENGTH
Observation: The light blue "Sterilite" containers used for the bread toppings and the container used for the cookies are not food grade containers.
Correction: Replace all non food grade containers, unless the containers can be proven to be food grade. Correct By: 28-Feb-2014
