    Observation: Chicken, steak, sliced turkey, tomatos, crab salad, and chicken breast were cold held at 42-49 degrees.
    Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. Food was discarded, cooler temperature was turned down, compressor was vacuumed, and covers were put on containers to keep items cold, eventually got cooler running again.
