Observation: Wiping cloth used for wiping counters stored on counter (one on counter, one in bucket)
Correction: All cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution.
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - GOOD REPAIR (repeated violation)
Observation: Wood table used for prep work is groved from cutting and laminate on top is off around edges and corners, making table difficult to clean.
Prep table cover has the styrafoam insulation exposed - repair cover.
Correction: Repair or Replace prep table.

- INSECTS AND RODENTS - OUTER OPENINGS - SOLID, SELF-CLOSING AND TIGHT FITTING DOORS (repeated violation)
Observation: The exterior door in the back of the kitchen is not tight-fitting, the screen door has holes in the screen.
Correction: Make the door tight fitting and repair screen in the screen door to prevent the entrance of insects or rodents. There are plans to replace the screen door in the spring when it's warmer. Discussed a door sweep on the exterior sold door. Correct By: 24-Aug-2015

Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Correct By: 13-Nov-2013
