Observation: Auto-fry deep fryer has excessive accumulation of solidified tar/deep-fry oil on it's interior surfaces that are subject to dangerous flare-ups - not being maintaine/used according to manufacturers directions.
Correction: Equipment shall be operated in accordance with manufacturers directions. Change procedures to follow manufacturers use directions. Clean/degrease deep-fryer more frequently. Correct By: 20-May-2015

Observation: Women's toilet room in basement is not provided with a tight fitting self-closing door.

Observation: Bottles of ranch, ketchup, and other condiments used for consumers in the facility are stored underneath personal food items and are subject to potential contamination. Personal food items are also stored with food for the establishment in the reach-in chest freezer behind the bar.
Correction: Store personal food items away from food items used for consumers in the establishment. Correct By: 22-Jan-2014
- EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CONSTRUCTED
Observation: There is a towel that is kept in the soda gun holster to soak up spills from the soda gun.
Correction: All non-food contact surfaces must be made of a nonabsorbent material. Remove towel from soda gun holster and repair the holster to catch spills without the use of an absorbent towel. Maintain the soda gun and soda gun holster in a clean state at all times. Correct By: 28-Jan-2014

Observation: There is no handwashing signage posted at the sink behind the bar and the sinks in the restrooms.
Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. Three handwashing signs were given to person in charge during the inspection. Correct By: 21-Jan-2014
