PUBLIC RESTROOMS - GOOD REPAIR AND SUPPLIED WITH TOILET TISSUE Observation: Men's public restroom has strong urine odors due to urine saturated grout in tile around the urinal.
Correction: Maintain bathrooms in a clean and sanitary condition. It is recommended to apply strong bleach solution when mopping/cleaning floors in men's room to eliminate or control urine odors. Also keeping ice or deoderizing disc/puck in the bottom of the urinal is recommended. Correct By: 29-Apr-2016

Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination.
FOOD TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES - PROVIDED Observation: No thermometer is present for monitoring temperatures in cooling foods.
Correction: Provide thermometers that are easily accessible and capable of taking temperatures in food.
EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS CONFORM TO ANSI STANDARDS Observation: Crock-Pot with Low-Med-High settings is not ANSI certified or approved by the department.
Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service.
WAREWASHING - SINK COMPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS - TWO COMPARTMENT USE Observation: Two compartment sink is improperly used. The facility is not using a detergent sanitizer.
Correction: A two compartment sinks use shall be approved by the department, only used for batch cleaning operations, made up immediately before use and drained afterward, and uses a detergent sanitizer in both compartments or a hot water sanitization immersion step.

Adjacent commercial glass cooler and WIC is also available for storage of potentially hazardous foods.
Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service or store only non-potentially hazardous foods in this refrigerator.
NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEANING FREQUENCY Observation: The WIC has some areas of mold accumulation on walls, ceiling and attached equipment and is not cleaned on a frequent enough basis.
