Observation: Small containers of ground beef, sausage, and chicken in the Frigidaire refrigerator are not date marked.
Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days.

Observation: Mildew was noted on the interior of the ice machine. Slime was noted in the soda dispenser drain cups.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine, the soda gun, and the drain cups.

Observation: There is no State of Wisconsin food manager’s certificate posted in the food establishment.
Correction: Provide & post an original State of Wisconsin food manager's certificate.

Observation: Wiping cloth used for wiping counters stored on counter.
Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution.

Observation: A bag of onions is stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
Correction: Store all food items 6 inches above the floor.

Observation: The Frigidaire refrigerator is not equipped with an integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device.

Correction: Keep handwashing sink free of obstructions and in working condition at all times to allow for frequent handwashing.
