Observation: Undercounter cooler is not equipped with an integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device. Install a thermometer. Move the thermometer in the beverage/milk cooler to a location which is easily visible and in the warmest part of the unit.
Correction: Equipment used for hot and cold holding shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device.

Observation: The floors in the kitchen need additional cleaning around the perimeter and also behind the grease trap..
