Observation: The physical facilities in bar area are in poor repair: Floor tiles damaged in center of bar, floor underneath dish machine is deteriorating and peeling from base, splash guard between handsink and ice bin is deteriating, and duct tape is present on several fixtures holding in place.
Correction: Maintain the physical facilities so they are in good repair at all times. Correct By: 11-Aug-2015
