- WAREWASHING - SANITIZING SOLUTION - TESTING DEVICES
Observation: Chlorine and quaternary ammonia test kits are not available for checking sanitizer concentrations. Premixed quaternary ammonia spray is labeled for use at 200 ppm but is testing at >500 ppm.
Correction: Provide test kits or other devices for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions. Correct By: 31-Jul-2014

Observation: Hamilton Beach warmer is not ANSI certified or approved by the department.
Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service.

Observation: Handwashing sinks in toilet rooms are not non-hand operated. Controls must be held with each hand to provide flow preventing proper handwashing.
Correction: Employee handwashing sinks shall be non hand operated and if metered shall provide a flow of water without the need for reactiviation for at least 15 seconds.
- REMOVING DEAD OR TRAPPED BIRDS, INSECTS, RODENTS AND OTHER PESTS
Observation: There are dead insects over the Coldspot freezer in the kitchen.
