Observation: Extra cooked taco meat is being hot held in a Proctor Silex commercial hot holding unit in the private kitchen. Taco meat was prepared in the restaurant and the hot holding unit was moved to an outlet in the private kitchen.
Correction: Food items for the licensed establishment may not be stored in the private kitchen. Correct By: 22-Oct-2015

Observation: The exterior screen door to the facility is not tight-fitting. There are large spaces around the door fittings of the screen doors where pests may enter the establishment.
Correction: Make the doors self-closing and tight fitting to prevent the entrance of insects or rodents. Correct By: 22-Nov-2015

Observation: No handwashing signage provided at handwashing sink behind the bar (1st compartment of 4 compartment sink) and handwashing sinks in both restrooms.
