Observation: Yogurt, eggs, and liquid eggs in the Delfield cooler is cold held at 45-50°F, due to cooler door cracked for unknown time frame. All foods removed and discarded. A sign was placed on the door and cooler will not be used until below 41 F.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
- HANDWASHING SINKS, INSTALLATION - WATER TEMPERATURE
Observation: Hot water temperature at handwashing sink is at 124-130°F.
Correction: Water temperature at a handwashing sink shall be at least 85°F and no more than 110°F.

Observation: Yogurt in Beverage Air salad cooler at the front counter observed cold held at 48°F. Ambinet air tempearture of the unit measured 48 F. Food was removed and the unit is unplugged until reapirs are made.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
- FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - SOILED
Observation: The folowing area shall be cleaned and sanitized more frequently:
-Clean the floor under grill area.
-Clean the ice chute in dining area.
-Clean the coffee machine area equipment at drive-thru.
-Soiled lids observed stored on clean dish storage shelf in dish area.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
