Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.

Observation: Handwashing sink not provided behind bar where pizzas are cooked.
Correction: Designate one of the sink compartments for handwashing. Place handwashing signage, and provide soap and paper towels.

Observation: Ice scoop at ice machine was improperly stored on soiled surface.
Correction: Store in-use utensils (ice scoops) in the food item with handle extended or on a clean surface.
- TOILET FACILITIES - RECEPTACLES - COVERED
Observation: Female bathroom is not provided with a covered waste receptacle.
Correction: Provide a covered waste receptacle in female bathroom for use with sanitary napkins.
- OPERATING WITHOUT A PERMIT (corrected on site)
Observation: Food establishment is operating without a permit from the department.
Correction: Immediately cease and desist. Submit an application and pay appropriate fees to the department and obtain a pre-inspection before operating. You will be subject to a $749.00 operating without a license fee. Corrected during inspection. Facility completed application, paid permit and preinspection fees, and a preinspection was conducted. License released.
