Observation: Wiping cloth used in the kitchen was stored on stored on kitchen prep table.
Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters shall be stored in a sanitizing solution.

Correction: Clean and maintain microwave.

Correction: Reorganize storage in the walk-in cooler so the vegetables are stored above raw animal food.

Observation: No air gap is provided on the food prep sink used for meat.
Correction: Provide an air gap on the food prep sink for meat to protect water supply.

Observation: Some vegetables and noodles in the walk-in cooler were observed to be uncovered.
Correction: All foods that are not part of a cooling process shall be covered at all times to prevent cross-contamination.
