Observation: Owner has completed Certified Food Manager course (3-23-15) and submitted the C.F.M. application and fees to the WI Dept. of Health Services office. At the time of inspection, operator was not listed in the state database yet, therefore there is not Wisconsin Certified Food Manager for this establishment.
