    Correction: Provide a thermometer to be located in the warmest part of each refrigeration unit.

    Observation: Handwashing sink is not non-hand operated.
    Correction: Install long / paddle type handles and ensure that the sink is able to be used in a hands free manner.

    Observation: Repair & paint ceiling and repaint floor in back room as discussed.
    Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
