Observation: Employee observed not washing hands between glove changes.
Correction: Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single-use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands. When gloves need to be changed, employee shall remove gloves, wash hands, and then put on new gloves.

Observation: The CMA lo-temp dish machine at the bar is not being used according to EPA registered label use instructions and is at 0 PPM chlorine sanitizer.
Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Sanitzer changed at time of inspection and observed dispensing 50 PPM chlorine.
