Observation: 1. The floor tiles in the rear area are missing or cracked.
2. The wall ventilation unit in the women's restroom is lose.
Correction: Maintain the physical facilities so they are in good repair at all times. Repair or replace missing or cracked floor tiles. Secure the ventilation cover to the wall.
- CLEANING VENTILATION SYSTEMS, NUISANCE AND DISCHARGE PROHIBITION
Observation: 1. The filters and the interior of the ventilation hood are soiled with grease and dust.
2. The plastic grate ventilation covers in the customer area are covered with dust.
Correction: Clean ducts or replace filters. Air ducts and filters shall be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent contamination by dust, dirt and other materials.
