    Observation: No test kit is available for monitoring sanitizer concentration.
    Correction: Provide quat test tapes to allow accurate determination of the sanitization concentration. Directions on bottle say one ounce sanitizer per gallon of water.
  • HANDWASHING SIGNAGE
    Observation: No handwashing signage provided at sinks in toilet rooms.
    Correction: Provide handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by employees.
  • PUBLIC RESTROOMS - GOOD REPAIR AND SUPPLIED WITH TOILET TISSUE
    Observation: Men's toilet room - wall panel behind sink and urinal is worn and finish has come off in some places.
    Correction: Replace worn wall panel to provide a smooth, cleanable surface.
