Observation: Ice scoop improperly stored on top of machine
Correction: Store in-use utensils in the ice machine with handIle extended on a clean surface, such as inside a clean bucket.
- NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEANING FREQUENCY
Observation: The kitchen walls, especially behind the panini press and freezer, are greasy/dust.
Correction: Clean walls and equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
- TOILET FACILITIES - CLEANING OF PLUMBING FIXTURES
Observation: Plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks) in basement toilet rooms are soiled. I was told that these restrooms are not used.
Correction: Clean plumbing fixtures as often as necessary to keep them clean.

Observation: Food Netowrk Griddle is not approved, also noted as soiled. Replace with approved, commerical equipment.
Correction: Provide food contact surfaces that are commerical grade, smooth, non-absorbant, easily cleanable, and durable.

Observation: Ice scoop was stored on top of machine. Store in ice with handle extended.
Correction: Store in-use utensils in the food item with handle extended, on a clean surface, running dipper well or in a container of water greater than 135°F.
