Correction: Dispose of wiping cloth bucket sanitizer and refill. Maintain 150-400 ppm quat, per manufacturers requirement. Do not dilute wiping cloth bucket with cloths which have been rinsed with plain water. If a lot of food debris or grease is wiped up with cloths,, sanitizer may need to be changed more frequently than what is currently being done, every 2 hours. Correct By: 29-Jan-2014
