Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. During inspection, the walk-in cooler was reorganized.
TOXIC SUBSTANCES - IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, PROMINANCE - COMMON NAME-WORKING CONTAINER Observation: There is a spray bottle of window cleaner and two spray bottles next to the shake mixer that are not labeled with the common name of the substance.
