-Under the make line, registers and prep tables
-Under the shelving in dry storage/chemical storage
-Air vent grate
-cracks and crevices throughout
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
- OPEN DRINK CONTAINER
Observation: Employee beverage noted above food in the walk-in cooler. Discussed using a labeled bin on the lowest shelf for employee food and beverages. Violation corrected during inspection.
Correction: Provide approved beverage container in food preparation area.

Observation: The bleach in the sanitizer bucket measured >200ppm chlorine. Owner added water to sanitizer bucket, chlorine then measured 100ppm. No chlorine test strips available.
Correction: Provide chlorine test strips. Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration.

Observation: Industrial can opener is soiled.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
