    Observation: Windows located in customer service area are open and not provided with a screen. Several flies seen in food areas.
    Correction: Provide screens or close openings to the outside. Doors and windows kept open to provide ventilation shall be provided with screens to prevent entrance of flys. Exterminate all flies with a fly swatter, then sanitize the surface.
