Observation: Working containers of quat sanitizer are not labeled with contents and is not the Keystone quat sanitizer as indicated.
Correction: Properly identify and label working containers of all chemicals and cleaners.

Observation: Bar glassware is stored on a clean cloth towel on the dish machine.
Correction: Replace cloth towel with vinyl mesh. Clean equiment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position to allow for air drying and covered or inverted.

Observation: There are a package of peppers adjacent to the covered container of raw hamburger patties.
Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination.

Observation: No single-use toweling, handsoap or signage at bar handwashing sinks.
Correction: Provide single-use toweling, handsoap, post signs at the bar handwash sinks (extended lever faucets)
- NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEANING FREQUENCY
Observation: The ice machine baffle has a build-up.
Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
- PLUMBING - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR
Observation: There is no air gap for the south bar ice bin. Other ice bins have a buildup at the air gap
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Re-position drain pipe for south ice bin and clean the air gaps of the other ice bins.
