Observation: Ice is subject to potential contamination by contact with cold plates in the ice bins.

Observation: The hot water at the handwash sink behind the bar is not operational.

Observation: The interior of both of the ice machines are visibly soiled. One machine behind the bar, one machine is in the basement. Slime mold and mildew developing in the machines.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
- FOOD CONTAMINATION PREVENTED FROM PREMISE - NOT EXPOSED TO SPLASH AND DUST
Observation: The ice in the [machine in the basement is stored under an unfinished ceiling and is subject to dust and debris from the ceiling.
Correction: Store food in areas not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. Provide a smooth, non-absorbent smooth and easily cleanable surface above the machine.
