Critical: PACKAGED AND UNPACKAGED FOOD - RAW OVER RTE-FOODS (corrected on site) Observation: There are ready-to-eat lettuce, potatoes, and shelled eggs were observed stored under raw hamburger patties in the Frigidaire glass cooler.
Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Food items were rearranged so that the raw hamburger was on the bottom shelf.
Critical: RTE/PHF-TCS PROPER DATE MARKING (corrected on site) Observation: Containers of taco meat were observed without date marks in the chest freezer upstairs and various food items were without date marks in an upright freezer in the basment.
Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days. Date marks were added during the inspection.
CONSUMER ADVISORY Observation: The consumer advisory is provided on the menu but is missing a symbol or asterisk next to it and each corresponding food item.

Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service. Replace the mechanical dishwaser with a commercial mechanical dishwasher or use the available 4 compartment sink for wash - rinse - sanitizing of dishes.
